Investment Portfolio Process

Successful investing has become increasingly difficult. Selecting the right investments requires time, skill and quality information. The demands are increased by the huge choices of investment funds and managers, covering a wide range of countries, sectors and investment themes.

With the Sanderson Portfolios we carefully select and blend funds to create a Portfolio. We then monitor these closely to ensure that their management skills remain amongst the best in the industry. We seek to control investment risk. This is the essence of the Sanderson Monitored Portfolio Service.

The funds are selected from a ‘Fund Supermarket’ which offers a wide choice of funds provided by the majority of the well-known investment houses (eg Gartmore, Jupiter, Fidelity, Invesco Perpetual etc).

The Portfolios offer flexibility of investment and clients have the opportunity to change their risk profile by moving from higher to lower risk Portfolios (and vice versa) according to the market conditions prevailing at the time. As this Service is non-discretionary, no changes are carried out without the prior consent of the client. Clients of the Monitored Portfolio Service (Members) receive quarterly newsletters. The Portfolios are subject to regular reviews and these reviews are reported to the Members when recommendations for changes are made.
